The quality of the sound is like its underwater and it drops in an out. Still trying to figure out what is going on, but at this point am not happy. and would not recommend this TV. This is my 3rd Vizio TV and am surprised that this has started to happen.

Many times I need to re-program the TV when off for a day and still have trouble getting any channels. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Would not buy another Vizio TV. I do not have this problem with my 65" Sony and my 40" Sharp which I purchased from you and very happy with.

The interface is soooooooo slow. Hit a button and wait, which leads to hitting the buttons several times and that makes navigating the windows tough. It is also very thick. I'm not sure why, but it seems much fatter than my 55". I bought it for a laundry room counter, and it is bulky. The wifi connection is terrible, have moved it everywhere to get a good signal and even bought a network extender. I can forget about a seamless streaming experience. Anyway, I knew Vizio was a cheap walmart kind of brand, so I blame myself. On the positive side, it does turn on, but it wont hold the memory of date or time. IMHO opinion there has to be better little tvs out there.

Posted .Hi Sleestak. Most of the issues you described above (slow loading and navigating in apps, date & time not setting correctly, etc) are controlled through the internet. So if you're also having connectivity issues- all of the problems trace back to that. How far away from your router is that TV? There are a lot of things in a home that can interfere with wireless signal (walls, floors, cabinets, other devices) we'd be happy to speak with you to see if we can increase your speed, and offer any connectivity suggestions.
