That one was super slow and clunky and didn’t support some apps anymore or offer some of the newer service’s apps. I thought by now a current Vizio model’s OS would’ve caught up to other major brand TVs but I was very, very wrong. This is just a slow and clunky as the old one, if not more. The input delay when trying to navigate is terrible. Once you get to the content you want it plays fine, but the journey to get there is unbearable. There aren’t a lot of choices for smart TVs this size on the market but stay clear of Vizio. I picked up the 24” Westinghouse Roku tv and will be taking this back. The Roku OS is just as snappy on the Westinghouse as it is on larger, more robust sets. You miss some resolution on that one but it’s negligible at this size, plus you save some money.

The cable box turns on, but not the TV. So we have unplug the Tv for 30 seconds to reset things, then plug back in and it will start up OK. I complained about it but got no action, so guess we will have to live with the problem. We have had it for a few weeks so far.
