It eventually turns on and works but it has become very frustrating. Too late to return, I will look into manufacture warranty. I will hesitate before I buy vizio again.

Every time I stop at a new place it takes a lengthily time to fine the new channels. Since the manual is only on line I have no access at those camp sites that have provide no internet or cell phone coverage is poor.

I setup the TV which was basically effortless and then noted the power light continuously blinking. I consulted the manual which said there was a solution but I could not find it (By the way the remote pictured in the manual is not the one that currently comes with the TV which didn't help.) I tried an online 'chat' and after following directions for about 45 minutes the problem remained. I then had to pack the TV up and send it back-a lot of effort and 2+ weeks without a TV. A better solution would have been to offer a new TV rather than have me be do the work that initial quality control would have eliminated. Not good customer service

The indicator light on it would be off when it's supposed to be on, then on or off when it's supposed to be off. The other day it wouldn't even turn all the way on for her but played what was on the tv. TODAY she turned it on and it just had the logo for over an hour. I've talked to their customer service (they are terrible) multiple times about this. We didn't start noticing all of these issues until literally 2 days after they said we can't return it. Finally I talk to someone today and they're finally talking about sending someone out. Do yourself a favor and buy a better bigger tv
