These days, you can only buy things sight-unseen. so I did.. the price was ok-ish... But boy! what a dimal excuse for a television. Ok, the picture is fine, but the sound... the God-Awful sound!.. and the so called smart interface.. holy crap, its slow to respond, you have to have a photographic memory to remember where things are. So un-intuitive to use... Absolutely pathetic. How any designer could sign off on this thing and say "yup, this is good to go.. perfect the way it is", beyond me....At this point, Im gonna just buy a firestick and shove it in one of its holes.. and get a better speaker.. Like maybe a cup and a string... Dont have time for this nonsense... Have a magical day : )

Posted .Hi Johnny99. We'd love any specific feedback you have on improving the UI. Most users find if very intuitive, simply press the 'Home' key in the center of your remote- and use the arrow to select the app you'd like to view. You can also just use one of the app quick launch keys at the top. (There are Keys for apps like Netflix, Amazon, and other that allow you to launch with 1 button press).

It’s out of phase and sometimes locks up. I purchased 2. The Visio update seamed to affect the memory buffer. Hoping another update will fix the issue.

Black Lines after warranty expires

I use this mostly as a computer monitor, and this makes it very distracting doing school online.
