    Sound quality is terrible, very tinny. Power light flashes constantly when tv is on. Does not always power up right, 2 or 3 tries are needed sometimes.

    The out-of-the-box color was awful. There is a way to change colors, but I could never get what was supposed to be a royal blue actually blue. I ended up getting satisfied with face colors and left it at that. Really disappointing.

    Good quality picture, lots of choices of viewing options. But, freezes up in the middle of videos on the paid TV/Video. In some instances, I would have to unplug to get it to reset.

    Is it possible to give negative stars? This thing is the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever purchased. Half the time it doesn’t even turn on. When it does turn on, it is slow as molasses. After 3 weeks of trying to use it, it’s going in the trash. I wouldn’t even dare give it away, it is that bad. P.S. I tried to give this 0 stars, but the lowest you can rate it is one. Rest assured, this product doesn’t even deserve a single star.

    Good base TV but be aware of some bugs such as the Wifi does not stay on all the time and every 3 -4 days you have to reboot the TV if you want voice control. Just poor Vizio quality control all across their products. Cheap but no quality

    Speakers are Garbage

    Speakers are garbage. Picture quality is OK but nothing to rave about. Cant hook up a small sound bar to this TV as no one makes a 20 inch sound bar with HDMI ARC connection. No manual in the box and Vizio web site has no manual.

To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. If you’d like any help adjusting your audio settings feel free to contact VIZIO support at 844-254-8087.  For top of the line audio performance, you may also look into purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar, there are several models available with wireless subwoofers for enhanced bass, rear speakers for true surround sound, and our new line of Atmos Sound Bars. In regards to the user manuals, they can be accessed two ways. The fastest way would be to bring up the TV's menu after its connected to a home network. The user manual will be at the bottom of the menu options. Another great way to access the manuals is support.VIZIO.com. There you will want to use the search bar at top of your screen and search your model number, D24f-G1 in this case, select the model information page, and you will see the option to download the manual.
