    Had to return. The processor lag time in doing anything was unbearable. Maybe a bad unit idk but returned.

    Lines Through Screen/Bad smell

    Bought it on 12/23/2019. Already has lines through it, which are visible when screen is grey, and one line that is insanely visible when colors get closer to red on the spectrum. It started doing it at the beginning of March, right when all this Covid-19 lockdown stuff started happening, so I still haven't been able to use my 2 year protection for it, because they aren't taking any new appointments, and you can't even get through to anyone after waiting for 3+ hours on phone/online.

    Buy the warranty!!! Did not even last 6 months before horizontal lines started across the screen. Took it into the Geek Squad (I DID buy the warranty) and TV was Unrepairable. Thankfully I did buy the warranty so, got a gift card to use to purchase another TV. They offered an exchange, but nothing comparable available right now for the same price range. Definitely will NOT buy this one again, and I have bought Vizio before, so Greatly Disappointed

    This inexpensive tv operates inconsistently. I use YOUTUBE TV and loading the app is slow, changing stations creates a lag. Some channels stutter, even though I have a WIFI extender right behind the TV. Sometimes it just doesn’t turn on at all, and I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to come on. The remote may be part of the problem. Perhaps it works better with a direct cable source, but I think the WiFi received is weak, and the remote is poor quality.

    boot up time is horrible and it occasionally shuts off. resolution is ok but if you can finds something else with the same features I would explore that.

    This tv has so much junk applications on it that it does not work half of the time. I have turned it on about 50 times and I am starring at a black screen for the 30th time or so. It loses internet connection all the time when everything else in the house stays connected also. It has turned itself on once or twice. It will also stop you in the middle of your show or movie for unwanted downloads. I was a fan of vizio before this....

    I have to constantly plug and unplug the TV from the outlet every 8-10 times when powering on in order for it to finally turn on. Every now and then the power led light will blink rapidly. It should have been fixed with a software update, but not quite. I bought this unit based purely on price, but will stick with Samsung or LG no matter the price going forward.

      Hello Junk, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.     This TV turned out be inferior quality junk. Within a week it started making popping sounds from the inside, not the speakers because the TV sound was turned all the way down to zero. At the same time, HDMI 2 started blinking out. It's not what's connected to it, because I replaced it with another TV, and everything works perfectly. It's always a crap shoot with Vizio. Sometimes their equipment is ok and many times it's not. Last Vizio product I will ever buy.

    Horrible purchase. There's nothing wrong with the TV picture or menu's, but the wi-fi capability is sketchy st best. Sometimes it works just fine, but most times it freezes so much that the TV is unwatchable. Cashed in rewards points so got this for free, but still a waste. Should've probably returned it, but didn't start having real issues with it until a month or so after buying and didn't have the box or anything.

    Poor picture but okat sound. Cant cast from phone so we returned it. Not a smooth interface just prefer Samsung-

    as a "smart tv" its probably as dumb and slow and un-intuitive as it gets. picture is decent and sound is okay. but at under $200, I guess its fine.

    Owned this less than a year and already have a purple (redish) line going right across the screen. Vizio customer service is the worst also. This is the SECOND vizio TV with the same issue. So now we own two tvs , the other one is bigger screen with a big long line going across the tv screen. In addition, this tv is slow in reacting to changing input etc, etc. Save your money and buy a different brand!

    Its very hard to find a small Smart TV. Unfortunately this one doesn't do the job. It periodically freezes or loses altogether the connection with the program that you're watching. We thought it might be a wifi issue and exhausted that possibility. We finally found a 24" LG Smart TV and now we can watch programs uninterrupted. I'm going to ask BestBuy and Vizio if there's anything we can do to return this TV.

    The remote is so good I could point it into my mouth and it worked flawlessly. The TV failed in (1) day, so figure it got damaged.
