    I tried multiple times to get help with this tv, the picture does not cover the whole tv.

    Just out of the return period device is acting up

    Will lock up and not turn on every few days, making me have to pull the TV from its cabinet and unplug for a few minutes; a short time being powered down doesn't work. It starts working from then on, but at times the power light starts randomly flashing quickly- sometimes...sometimes not. I'm only 4 days out, we'll see.

    I was told recently that the quality of Vizio has gone down and I think they were right. The sound bar is very cheap and tinny. The TV only accepts 2G even though I have 5G. It's a little challenging to program because you have to wade through all of the other programs they have on there that I won't use.

    This tv is the worst: to fix horrible audio need to turn unit off, unplug from outlet, then on again and this is not a one time fix, repeatedly occurs. Additionally home screen does not come on, I have spent the past 15 minutes attempting to get it on with no success. I am ready to dump it in the garbage!!!

    Normally required to turn tv on then off then on to get reception then works okay

    On my 2nd one. The first one wouldn't power on out of the box. Then 2nd one takes forever to turn on. Sometimes you have to press and/or hold the power button several times on the tv. The little LED to let you know the power is on likes to flicker as well. All in all very bad quality.

    The power light rapidly flashes ever other time it is powered on. Has lost the WiFi password several times.Locks up occasionally when going from over the air to Netflix Amazon Prime etc. Vizio support response is power off from power outlet then factory reset not good for two day old TV.

    This TV constantly freezes up and we have to unplug to turn it off and reset. Not a Vizio fan. Best Buy should offer trade in to descent brand on new products that fail. This is not a warranty issue, it's a product failure issue

    Keeps powering off and will not hook up to network or even see any wi-fi even touugh mo PC sees many available wi fi connections. Now I can ot even get it to power up after resetting to factory defaults to try to fix network problem. When it worked I really liked it. Too bat now

    The worst TV EVER!

    I puchased this Vizio D24F-G1 D-Series tv on May 28th. I should have returned it immediately but it was used as a backup tv in my horse trailer living quarters. Today, September 27th it now has no working screen. I consider this a disposable purchase! DO NOT PURCHASE.

    Noxious chemical smell

    It had burning chemical smell after having it on in my daughter's room a few hours. It was so noxious it lingered for hours after removing tv. It was incredible. Took it back the next day. No more Vizio purchases for this house hold.

    We had never owned any VIZIO products. I bought this for my wife's birthday and it conked out in just a week. The customer service lady at Best Buy said that VIZIO quality has really "hit the skids" lately so I went back with a Samsung.

    Review of 24" Vizio TV

    I am very unhappy with this TV. I traded in an Insignia 32" for this 24" Vizio because the 32" would not fit where I wanted the TV to be. The volume is very bad on this TV. (And I have very good hearing.) I do so wish I could get back to the 32" Insignia.

    Worst tv I’ve ever owned. It breaks two days after warranty and of course Best Buy wouldn’t replace it. So bend over try to smile and pay for their bs extended warranty. Or just avoid the headache and buy a better brand

    Absolutely horrible tv. Difficult to manage channels. Cant access a channel guide as in past with full size tv. Basically junk tv!!! Had to purchase sound bar as audio is horrific. Sorry Vizio but you failed with smaller tv design and features!

    Did not like the Visio TV. The sound was muffled as it came from the back of the set. Moving around within the apps and local stations was cumbersome and draggy. I returned it and received in-store credit as it was beyond 14 days.
