Posted .Hello Jaygee, can you give us some additional details about the issue you are experiencing? If the TV and cable box are connected with HDMI and the TV gets a power signal from the box, that could possibly be what is powering the TV on. I would recommend to go to Menu > System > CEC and disable CEC. Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.
