Very bad sound, video nice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to replace an excellent 22 inch Vizio with this unit in the kitchen late yesterday. The sound from the built in speakers makes you think you are in a large tin can and a tunnel. Terrible sound. Tried all of the setting to improve it, but nothing does. Will try to return it as it is a day old, but find it impossible to get anyone at the store to pick up the phone after 20 to 25 minutes on music and telling you how great they are.

You don’t even get what you paid for...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The expression “you get what you paid for” does not even apply here. You get less than you paid for. Sound quality is the worst. Sounds like it is coming from a tin can. There is a light on the bottom left, sometimes it flashes continuously, sometimes it is on constant...which is annoying...sometimes it isn’t on at all...this is all while the TV is on. Sometimes the TV won’t turn off! It doesn’t even show the TV show that is on just the Vizio logo. I have to unplug it to turn it off. Since this is a TV we purchased for the bedroom...it is all VERY annoying. If I knew all this I would have been very happy to spend more money to get a quality TV that actually functions properly.

A disappointment

Also poor audio quality. I returned this, and got a "dumb" LG TV with a Roku instead -- much more reliable.

Extremely slow app access

I have never experienced such a slow TV. IT takes so long for the TV to turn on and takes such a long time to access the apps and scroll between them. It has nothing to do with internet connection as all devices in our house function perfectly. I would not recommend purchasing this TV at all. It also randomly turns off and turns on. I am extremely disappointed and I can no longer return the tv due to the 2 week return window so I am stuck with a slug of a tv.

Utter Junk!!!

Advised that new firmware is not completely ready but the old one is not usable. Unit is bricked and can only be used as a monitor because the Smart features are not available due to the firmware stuck in perpetual cycling from download to download. On top the TV decides to lose power once its turned OFF. Needs to be unplugged for the power to come back on.

This TV is garbage

I have never had so many problems getting a smart tv to connect to the internet. The smart cast is a joke. Hopefully I can sell their third replacement to another sucker. My other two TVs are Samsung’s and work great

Lasted less than 2 years

It worked fine until 22 months after purchasing when it first lost the picture, then lost the sound within the next week. Tech support could not fix over the phone, so $150 down the drain.
