Amazing small smart TV

The size is more than perfect, and the 2 HDMI ports, USB port, and other connections are very useful for my PS4 and laptop. It's also amazing because I can connect either an Ethernet cable (or WIFI) to watch streaming services. Its also great because it has pre-installed apps that are free to use that provide access to television shows, movies and much more. Honestly a great purchase with so many features.

But the software doesn’t measure up to its ambitions. It’s slow - click and not sure anything happened, and if you don’t keep waiting and click again you’ll wind up somewhere else Plus occasionally the screen goes to black and the TV needs to be restarted. If everything worked as advertised it would be 5 stars.

I bought this mainly for the Smart features for my parents kitchen. They wanted to use Plex, Netflix, and Amazon Video. The setup was easy, the picture quality was great, but the horsepower behind the smart apps is super slow. I am not talking internet speeds either but with navigating through the menus and selecting the applications. It's just painfully slow - like running on a 386 processor. Once you get into the application and start the stream it's fine, but getting there, might as well pack a sack lunch cause you'll be a while.

Not a complaint but a fact. The complaint is with the speed of the os. I wasn't expecting RTX3090 speed but this tv is slooowwwww. Painfully slow. I got this for my 7yr old daughter she and she turned 8 in the time it took to open youtube. If you plan on sticking a roku or chromecast in this thing then fine but if you planned on using the apps on the tv look elsewhere.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought it for a screen for my camera system. picture is pretty clear but power light blinks continuously until you shut it off from the back of the tv and then hold it to power it back on. wish the remote didn't work with my other tv that's a different brand as this one is very close to it and when I change the channel on my other tv with it's remote this one tries to change and the same happens with this remote chang8tv channels, volume and even input settings.

This replaced a monitor (without integrated soundboard) which I bought two years ago since there was a dearth of small televisions, and I hadn't realized that a monitor was sans soundboard. This is exactly what I had first wanted, and the picture and sound are excellent.
