I needed to replace my kitchen tv. The one I had was so old it had a built in VHS. I didn’t know what I wanted. I have bought numerous items at Best Buy even a 65 in smart tv 3 years ago. I have never been disappointed with Best Buy’s service or items. I talked with the sales clerk John. He answered all my concerns and guided me to the right tv. I’m in love with my Visio 24 in tv for my kitchen. Best Buy saved the day again!

I've been very surprised and disappointed at the quality of this product. I think of Vizio as a strong brand and I thought I had picked the features that would assure that this met the needs I had for a kitchen tv. But there are some very serious shortcomings here. * The sound is incredibly poor. It sounds almost mono and was a major downgrade from a 7 year old television that I was replacing. I even bought an external speaker just to make it acceptable. Truly just not at the level of quality you'd expect. * The system stability is worse than I thought possible in a television. It crashes and reboots itself several times a week. I have even learned that sometimes all I can do is go into the television menu and 'soft power cycle' the thing to get it to work again. To be clear, this happens on Apple TV both when in the main menu and within apps. Not sure if it happens with other input sources because we rarely use other input sources. On the plus side, the picture is very nice and the size is right. Maybe I got a bad model? I don't know but as a brand new Vizio, this has just not come close to meeting expectations.

Got this for our bathroom. Excellent picture for the money. Sound quality not the best but maybe expected too much for a TV this size.

Bought this item for use n kitchen. It is a nice size for putting on a counter top. Great picture, and the sound quality is good. Great price.

Easy set up. Small enough to fit in small places but big enough to see. The images are sharp for the price. Also works well with analog antenna.

My small Sony tv that was at least 25 years old finally lost its picture, so I was looking for a 24" tv that would be as good as the old one! I needed one that I could plug headphones into or that had Bluetooth for my cordless headphones. Vizio doesn't have Bluetooth, but I can plug in the headphones using a cord. And, I wanted a really sharp picture with accurate colors and good sound. This tv has all that and I'm very pleased.

I was looking for a small tv to put in the home gym to watch while I workout. This was cheap and perfect.

This TV was the perfect size for the office/craft space that I have in my home. fits perfect on the lateral file cabinet. Great picture.

Picture quality is good sound okay app's are already installed you can't choose them Wi-Fi a little slow ok for use in kitchen.

Good little TV for the price needed it at the last minute for my son in his dorm room to play PS4 all your monitors were sold out. :(

Very easy to setup and looks great, the additional channels work great with the wifi

The only negative I find is that it doesn't have a tv guide button on the remote for regular tv so you just have to go through each channel.

I liked my E-series so much I tried to find a new one and bought the D-series expecting the same quality. I’m disappointed. Less than 18 months later it’s going bad. My e-series is still going strong. I so wanted this TV to be just like the older but the built quality is inferior and it didn't last. I feel like I threw my money away. Otherwise, I liked the features and capabilities. I used it mostly as a computer display and occasionally used the smart TV features which was pretty cool. It powered on so much faster than the older E-series. casting my iPad to the TV was not very good but if I was patient it would finally start playing. I bought the Vizio because I loved the quality of the E-series. After my experience with the D-series, I’m now going a different direction. I will not buy another.

TV has a great picture and is reliable. Fairly easy to set up, connect to cable and to use.

This tv is small enough to fit in a bathroom and picture is ultra clear!! For the price this is a great buy!

We bought this tv to replace the original in our Airstream ! It’ has a great picture but disappointed that it’s a smart tv with no Bluetooth .
