I would not recommend this TV. It has a good picture, but my first issue was getting the TV setup. I had to google how to set up. That was helpful, and I eventually got it set up no thanks to the included instructions. Last night (6/14) my Internet went out until I reset it. In the morning I went to turn on TV to watch regular antenna TV and it would not come on. Error message was no Internet. I went through the menu options, selected my Internet name but nothing happened. It said not connected. If I clicked on any other Internet name it gave the option to input information. I kept trying to follow the instructions to no avail. I eventually unplugged the TV from the back and and reinserted it. The TV worked then. I still do not understand why I could not watch regular TV and why nothing happened when I chose my Internet name. I also know there is a lot going on in the world right now, but getting through to someone is not easy. It was suggested I go to my account and look at return options there. I was also disappointed to know there was a short window to return. I literally have 2 days, not even 30. I do not think I will be making any other purchases from Best Buy.

This was a nice surprise from my husband for my work desk and is very sharp and much bigger than my old one, I am very pleased!!

Was a Geek Squad certified open box. Everything works, no complaints there. Using as part of a dual pc monitor set-up. Knocked off one star because the power light perpetually flickers and has from the day I turned it on. Speakers are meh, but again, bought this as a monitor so wasn't focused upon sound quality and use the PC speakers anyway.

Great TV for price! Color is good and clear, easy to use. Great use of streaming apps

Using it as a computor monitor. I can stream as well with built in smart cast. Works great, and has very good resolution.

Good tv, has apple okay but unfortunately the tv is somewhat slow as far as response to the remote at times.

I highly recommend purchasing a different tv. I read mixed reviews but decided to give it a try. I returned it because of two main issues: First, the software is defective. Half the time, the TV turned on fine. The other half, it turned on but did nothing. I knew it was on because you can see the back light on. The only way to solve it was pulling the plug and power cycling it. You may think this is an issue only with the particular TV I picked up but I read reviews that made mention of this. Second, when it is working, it is so slow. I don't know if it is the processor, software, or both. Lots of lag and takes a long time to start anything up. I don't think tv manufacturers put much effort in the 24" tv size due to how low they sell for. I either recommend moving up to a 32" tv if you can or getting a 24" that has no smart capabilities and adding a roku stick to it.

Great smart TV really good quality picture easy to setup and connect to WiFi.

Not a fan because it takes 5 minutes to just watch broadcast stations. The remote has tiny buttons and works sometimes. I have to unplug the tv to get it to work. It wasn't terribly expensive so you get what you pay for. Picture quality is good, small screen, small sound, good enough for the bedroom.

It's a perfect size to fit on my desk. The colors are great. Nice pic

Vivid colors. Good sound. The legs were a bit of a challenge to attach. Took several tries to get them on tight. Setup process shutdown a few times but eventually completed. It would show "This will take a few minutes to complete" so I left the room and came back to a blank screen. Persistence paid off and it completed the process. Appreciate this is a smart tv - provides more options. Purchased 1 month ago.

This makes my 4th Vizio that I have purchased. I’ve had good service from them and this new one I’ve purchased for the kitchen is no exception ! The picture is crisp with good color saturation. The speakers are not the best . It powers up very quickly unlike the TV this one is replacing. which wasn’t a Vizio. Will continue to by Vizio’s till they proof they aren’t worth the expense.

Setup was quick and easy. Picture is excellent. Only minus is the speaker sounds weak and tinny. To be expected from a small TV

Overall good TV. Picture great, features good. My issue with it is the audio. Sound no matter how I adjust it is extremely ‘tinny’.

This is a great little tv. Needed something small but full of options and this tv fit the bill. It is easy to use, can fit in almost any space and has a beautiful, bright picture. Also the price was easy on the budget. We have had it almost a year now and enjoy it everyday. We count on Best Buy when purchasing TV’s as they consistently provide great products at the lowest prices.
