The tv works fine, picture and sound are good. My issue is that I was under the impression through Best Buy that all components would be included even though it was an open box purchase. When I went to pick it up at the store, the tv was simply wrapped in bubble wrap. An employee was kind enough to check for some components and realized there was no power cord, or remote included. He was kind enough to provide me with a power cord but asked if I was ok without having a remote - to which I said it would be no problem. When I got home however I realized that the stand/legs that are supposed to be included were not. My tv is now propped up in order for it to stand on its own. So essentially Best Buy wanted to provide me a tv with no remote, no power cord, and no legs. Long story short, make sure all components are included before you leave the store with an open box purchase.

Great Purchase

One set up fine but I had to call Vizio support to get the other one set up. It froze twice during the process, at different points, and support finally got it to finish after they rebooted it from their location. Once set up, they have been performing excellently! I like the angle of viewing and the picture and sound are great.

It took a while to set-up as there is a connection with a Vizio broadcast. Over time, I've figured out how to go from cable to the Vizio product. I've been able to watch re-run MLS games (on mute) while doing work. The closed caption works well so I can read while not hearing. Overall, it has been one of my wiser purchases.

The sound leaves much to be desired. If i was aware of it i possibly would not have purchased it. This TV replaced a 14 year old 15" Sony and the sound is no where close to the same. We use the TV in our kitchen and my wife hates it. She has gone as far as to set the old TV up in our extra bedroom to watch. Picture good, sound bad!

The Smart capabilities are slow and wonky, sometimes they work sometimes they don't. I do love Vizio though, a lot of bang for your buck. I use this as a small TV in my office to watch Netflix or the news in the background. Most notable negative is that the sound is pretty awful. This would work well as a gaming monitor too although maybe you'd need an adapter, I don't have it hooked up to anything but WiFi.

Hard to find a small 24 inch TV with the quality and features this one has. I looked far and wide for such a TV to replace my old one. First challenge was finding a size that fit under my counter shelves and then getting a quality picture also. I am very pleased with this TV and recommend it to anyone who has a size limitation but still wants picture quality.
