Not that bad. But it's slow

The response time while using it is a bit slow. And quality of the sound is not that great either. I have to add a soundbar to make the sound bearable. It's ok. Just don't expect too much.

Great picture, easy setup, enough inputs for most users. The only shortcoming is the speakers. 2 watts of power?? They are like tin cans tied to a string. Not to worry. Buy a reasonably priced set of speakers and you will have an excellent setup. Just plug them into the headphone jack and you will be happy.

Stopped working properly almost immediately

After maybe the 3rd time using it, it would not turn on via the remote or the power button on the TV. The only fix for this was to unplug it, plug it back in, then it would turn on. But once you turned it off, it had to be unplugged and plugged in again to get it to turn back on. I reached out to Best Buy once I realized this was a recurring issue, hoping to exchange it for a similar Samsung model and pay the difference. We have 5 Samsung TVs and have never had a problem. The online chat rep was nice, but not helpful. He said there was nothing he could do (purchased it 45 days ago) but try taking it to the store and maybe they will be able to exchange it or repair it or use the warranty. I purchased it online because I live an hour from the nearest store, so this is really frustrating. Gave it 2 stars because picture quality is okay, but sound quality is not great.
