Picture is good. Sound is good. Small, but works well for the space we needed it for.

This TV is perfect for the office where I've been spending most of my time of late due to COVID-19.

I'm very unhappy with this purchase. The TV sometimes doesn't turn on on the first try. The white light in the corner sometimes blinks when I turn it on and I have to shut it off and turn it on again. My worst complaint is that it didn't turn on once and I had to unplug it from the wall. When the picture came back on it was too small for the screen. Nothing I've tried fixed the problem. I usually purchase Samsung's and have never had a problem, unfortunately the store didn't have any in the 24 inch size so I settled for this and I'm not happy. Luckily, I purchased the service protection plan so I'm going to call Best Buy to have someone come to the house to see what the problem is. The remote is confusing to use and as others have said, when I first received it the smell was terrible, but it has gotten better. On the upside when it does work properly the picture and sound are fine.

If you're not planning to hook up a dedicated streaming device of some kind to this tv, run! It is the slowest and worst user experience I've encountered on a smart tv. With that said, the picture is fantastic and simply hooking a roku or chromecast will bypass the awful Vizio software, and you'll be much better off. The speakers are also pretty terrible. I have this tv in my kitchen, and if I have water running or food cooking on the stove, or have anything else going on that makes even minimal noise, I can't hear the tv clearly. It lacks bass completely and sounds very tinny. Again, this can be fixed by adding a small soundbar or some other kind of speakers. There's a reason this TV is so cheap. It gets the job done, but just barely. If you want it to be a really great TV you'll need to buy extras, and at that point you might just consider buying a more expensive TV.

Great TV. This has built in smart TV so it was a great option for the kids.

I have been off the cable grid for decades and was satisfied streaming movies on my laptop. I did not want a large TV acting as art in my living room, but did like streaming shows and you tube in the kitchen while I cooked. This smart TV is perfect. I bought it in white and it is small and un-noticeable on my kitchen counter. I use it every day.

Good picture, ok sound, terrible SLOW UI. The smart tv aspects of the TV are VERY slow, Disney+ is unusable, it freezes and quits halfway into episodes. I wound up just grabbing a first gen firestick and plugging that in. That 6 year old device is MUCH faster than the UI on the tv, good thing this has 2 HDMI inputs.
