He took over our 65 inch and we never got to watch anything. So we got him this and it’s in his bedroom. Works great and it’s the perfect size.

The speakers are terrible, tinny and at full volume you can barely hear them at all. The "smart" interface is super slow and often goes unresponsive, even though my wifi signal indicates full strength. The tv had a strong burnt electronics smell right out of the box. The picture was pretty good until the tv just stopped turning on, I can see the backlight LED's but no picture. Best of all, tv quit working 1 week past the returnable date. Granted this was a very inexpensive tv but seriously vizio I expected a better product from a supposedly American company. I will not waste the time, effort and cost shipping tv to a vizio repair center. I purchase all my electronics from Best Buy because I want your company to survive. If you credit me the cost of this tv I will use it to buy a better quality set from you.

New televisions may produce an unusual smell or odor when first turned on. This is due in part to the manufacturing process of components. This TV has worked perfectly. Good quality sound and picture.

Not sure if it is a TV or a remote issue. New batteries in the remote same results. Vizio needs to investigate and fix.

This is a SMART TV, not ROKU. The issue I had was when I watched my other SMART TV's not connected to this VIZIO it would turn on by itself. I thought it may be connected somehow through google app's, but my Sharp SMART TV was not connected to google or VIZIO. I thought about calling their customer service but didn't. It was easier to return it, and get something else. t

The quality of picture is ok, not great. However, the sound is pretty low. I can’t figure out if it’s the TV itself or the provider I’m using.
