We were not surprised by the video and audio quality of the Vizio. They're excellent, just as they are on our other Vizios. This smaller TV has just the features we need for flexibility and now I'll be able to easily watch football games from the kitchen. We're sold on the Vizio brand, and equally sold on the friendly service and cooperation we receive from Best Buy.

Unfortunately, all the high end TV's are huge, this is the smallest halfway decent 1080P TV we could get. Samsung or Sony do not make small OLED screens, this is the next best alternative under 24 inches.

For the purposes I bought it, it is suitable as can be. I just needed a little set for a specific task. I rank it only three stars because of the intrusive set up procedure. One cannot finish the set up procedure without giving an email address And other personal information. No email address and location, one can’t finish setting it up. When I discovered this, I did a factory reset. My ability to use the set for my purposes is not hindered. For those who do, it’s OK if they want to give away information. I, for one, do not.
