You put the numbers in and it gave a different number. You need to do the numbers very slow and maybe it will give you what you needed. Picture was not bad. The time it takes to set up is forever. We had a prior Tv same company as it just quite working. Tried resetting with no luck. I am not a fan of this company.

First was a hisense Roku for the living room. Loved it. Next we got this one for the home office. Setting it up was okay. But trying to adjust the image to fit the screen is a bear! Navigation through the settings is terrible. Then there isn’t a setting to maximize the image with the screen. My fault, I should have checked it closer but I got ahead of myself & didn’t want to spend anymore time in the store than I needed to

The bad...the menu is sooooo slow (reminds of a 14.4 modem). Don't breathe too hard or this thing will break. Cheezy and poor quality frame around screen. The ugly...the sound absolutely sucks. Not just bad...sucks. Thrown in the occasional freeze which requires unplugging it as remote won't even shut itoff.

This was purchased to replace the same one I had because I thought it was defective. This one has the same defects. Sometimes it turns on without a picture. And when you turn it on, the power button will flicker until you turn it off and on again. So Vizio has yet to fix the problems two years later.
