It was the only tv in the house with this issue. I thought maybe the wifi was a problem, so I connected with an ethernet cable. Same thing. So, I bought a new Roku streaming stick and got away from the SmartCast platform and it made a world of difference. I would not recommend this tv with SmartCast.
