Most of the time I need to quit and revert back to plugged in cable or a DVD, otherwise this set is useless.

But the pixels were blurry and the TV kept on blinking and sometimes the screen would freeze up. I Returned it with no problem. Very nice clean store and the employees were nice as always when I shop at Best Buy.As a final check of the TV I did change channels to make sure it was not just the station.

Watch free app also inconsistent. YouTube tv app flaky - a/v skips either on wifi or ethernet with more than adequate download speed. TV does not have 5GHZ wifi capability.

It has a great picture and simple interface that works well for streaming services. Where I’m running into issues is that it doesn’t always consistently power on and there is no rhyme or reason as to why.

The Audio is horrible. This looks designed so you have to buy a speaker to get good sound. Bluetooth speaker will help??? Not so fast, must use wired connection to speaker. No blue tooth for you. Plan for this if you intend to buy.

One area that could be improved is the size of the lettering for options like, DVD, etc.The small lettering is difficult to discern frlm a distance of 5 feet. At this time we cannot determine if this tv will last over the long-term.
