The salesman suggested this TV instead and to use it as a monitor. It did not perform well as a monitor, so I returned it. I did not use it as a TV.

The remote is horrible. Very difficult to operate. My husband with a vision problem finds it almost impossible. Tried to get a different one,but was told it's the only kind there is now.

It is a smart TV, yes, but there are too many apps missing. If you are a cordcutter like myself, then not much beats a Roku for FireTv enabled television. That fact that there is no Sling TV on this smart TV is disappointing.

In the meantime, you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications (Sling TV being one of them) or Airplay content to the television from your mobile device. As televisions continue to have thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. Had not experience this before. Decided to test the TV and it had a good picture and sound. Good selections of APPS. Gave it a few days and the smell did not go away. Had all I could stand of this TV smelling up my room with a burnt electrical smell. Contacted and Best Buy and they let me return the TV without any problems. Great customer service. Best Buy stand behind the product they sell. If they had two rating, I'll give 5 stars for Best Buy customer service and 1 star for VIZIO for letting this TV pass quality control.

Remote has input delay and feels incredibly cheap. But has most desirable apps and picture is decent enough.

Perfect for truck drivers

All you need is to get premium WiFi at truck stops and you’re good to go. Just don’t use Hulu+live tv if you have it because you can change your home 4 times and then you can’t to anything even when you’re on your home network

They only wanted a plain tv. perhaps ok for those folks who want the apps. They need to design these with an "easy button" that turns off all the "smart features".

I bought this for my friend who needed to replace her old cube TV in her kitchen. She needed something small but nice. This was on sale and to my surprise, the quality of this TV was great. It's WiFi ready and easy to set-up.
