Awesome TV , monitor. This Vizio has so many features it’s crazy. One of the few at this size that has 1080p. Well worth it for the price.

I thought I had researched this tv adequately. It is a nice, small set, maybe sound is not fit for listening to a symphony, but OK. What the set does NOT do is allow for INTERNET BROWSING! I assumed a "smart tv" did just that. My Samsung does, my LG does. Vizio--the chat customer assistant told me--does not have internet browsing capability. My mistake? I hope Best Buy will take it back for an exchange to ??

I decided to buy this TV after reading several reviews. However, the audio is terrible. Voices are not clear; people sound as if they are wearing 5 face masks. Turning up the volume did not help. It just made the muffled voices louder and not clear. I hooked up this TV correctly, read the manual thoroughly, and readjusted the audio settings when I noticed a problem with the sound. Even after reading helpful suggestions in the Trouble Shooting section, I wasn't able to 'fix' the audio problem. So, I called Vizio and spoke with a representative. She assured me that my audio settings are correct and that the sound 'distortion' could be due to something else, not the TV. However, the TV I was watching before replacing it with this new Vizio TV, sounded great. Rather than watch TV with the sound muted and having to read what is being said by using closed caption, since I cannot hear voices clearly, I decided to disconnect my new TV and reconnect my old TV. What other choice do I have?

IT TAKES AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET IT TO TURN ON AND OFF.
SOME TIME IT WORKS AND SOMETIME IT DOES NOT AND TO GET IT TO WORK I HAVE TO UNPLUG IT IN AND WAIT A WHILE AND PLUG IT IN AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE TO THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW AT TIMES. I AM THINKING ABOUT TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER BRAND LIKE SONY, LG, OR PANASONIC IN THE SAME SIZE THAT IS A SMART TV.
