SOME TIME IT WORKS AND SOMETIME IT DOES NOT AND TO GET IT TO WORK I HAVE TO UNPLUG IT IN AND WAIT A WHILE AND PLUG IT IN AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE TO THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW AT TIMES. I AM THINKING ABOUT TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER BRAND LIKE SONY, LG, OR PANASONIC IN THE SAME SIZE THAT IS A SMART TV.

After about six weeks (after the return period ended) it started going wonky. Cycling through weird screens before completing an action, turning itself off at random, turning gray and freezing. It is SO slow. We didn't want anything fancy but you at least expect it to work properly.
