This television is just ok.

The picture is washed out from most viewing angles other than directly in front. As in other reviews, the sound is very tinny and weak. Finally, the set "locks up" occasionally rendering it unable to turn off or turn on. The only fix for this has been to unplug it for several minutes and then plug back in. Hope this does not get worse.

Bought a fresh one out of the box, which I returned. I choose this TV because it was the only 1080 p 24 inch smart tv. Experienced same problems on both tvs... very slow and several aps would freeze. It was not a wifi issue. I had no issues with any other of my smart devices on my network.

Posted .Hello 40TIL5, while a 5GHz network does offer a better speed at times, it's signal and range is also less than a 2.4GHz network. You should be able to get a more than adequate connection and speed to cast and stream all of your favorite content using a 2.4GHZ network as well.
