Not working well

I know, you say, it could be the cable box. Not so, since my old TV was hooked up to that cable box and it worked fine. Sometimes I have to pull out the plug on the TV to get it started again. I am gong to call Vizio but haven't yet find the right moment.

bad sound, bad pic

However, speakers are a disaster! Poor, "tin can" type sounds. Screen resolution is good, but you have to watch it straight 90 degrees angle,, since you cannot see picture if you are on the side of the TV. Too much work to take it off, and return to the store. Bad choice!!

Will not ‘stream’ for a ‘smart’ tv

Did not stream so called Vizio. “That tv does NOT” said customer service. So bought Roku device that also did not work. Back to Best Buy and got an attena for the ‘smart’ tv- can now get one local news channel - how about CNN- nope. Best Buy is no longer a buy. Try and get their Samsung appliances repaired!

WiFi Streaming is poor

There does not seem to be any buffering and the sound/video continue to stutter. No sure if it is because it only uses the 2.5G band. I thought I had found the perfect tv for my purpose of watching in the bedroom. I am very disappointed and plan to return the unit.
