excellent sound quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we purchased this unit on line just the unit itself came I contacted customer service offered to take it back as I got it at half price I went to the store with customers notes on file the manager at the Nashua store gave me all the accessories including an universal remote for a vizio unit this unit is used as a second unit in our home would highly recommend this product best buy and the Nashua nh store the people there are all about helping the customer

However, if it is placed under the tv, there is vibration noise from the bass. And, it has a bad bug whereby if you use it to stream via Bluetooth you can't switch it back to tv input - must unplug and replug to reset.

Have had one hiccup though (hopefully it was just a fluke), the sound stand would not power on out of the blue. I had to unplug it entirely from everything and plug it back in to get it to work.
