I was online checking out several models. I needed a new one for my bedroom, but didn't want to spend a lot. I choose this model mainly for the features and secondly for the price. Very pleased with my choose.

Does not have an app store! Only the apps installed can be used. It won't even allow you to browse the internet because there is no app for it. Other than that, I have no complaints about it. I am very disappointed about the lack of access to apps but its great for my netflix which is the main reason for my purchase anyways!

Very easy to assemble my son did everything himself, and he was so happy and excited.

I purchased as a second set with wifi capabilities. This set will not deliver Amazone Prime because of software problems not yet resolved. The remote even has a Amazon hot button. This is disappointment.

I would love to be able to get one for my Whole Family. My Mother, Sisters and My Niece's and Nephews.

My first smart tv and it working great. Makes me want to buy more

It has ok picture quality but it goes dim then bright. It does a horable job at streaming Netflix it can not even go 5 min without having to rebuffer if it evan plays at all it is the only device in my house that has any trouble streaming Netflix. I would not recommend this for anyone.

Bought this for my daughter and so far no problems. She uses it to play her playstation games.

This was a great purchase. We use for our main tv in the living room and is great for online program viewing as well as the use of youtube and pandora

First Vizio 28" TV failed in 6 days. Best Buy in Topsham, ME was a terrific help in getting a replacement. I took in the dead TV and they did all the paperwork while I waited and gave me a replacement from stock they just happened to have on hand. The new one has worked just fine for over a month now and I'm fully satisfied.

This TV was too small and laggy. The menu's were unresponsive at times. Returned it,

Met my expectations while trailer camping. Fit well in small space and good portability.

Seems like a good tv good quality like the wifi feature

I do not notice any difference with Sony or Samsung. I use it in my home office as Monitor while working and as a TV when my mom stays at home. Great TV.

Good for small rooms, easy to set up, but power cord is too short

I bought it for my condo in Florida and did not hook it up for several weeks. When I noticed the problem with the sound, I called the Daytona store where I purchases it and was told that it was beyond the return date and I could not return and exchange for a television that worked properly. All they could do was perhaps send it back to the manufacturer for me. However, as I explained to the associate, I was leaving Florida for California that week, so would not be there when and if the TV was returned. I asked that a manager call me the next day. No call ever came and I returned to California. I will never buy another item from Best Buy, I will now have to wait until I return to florida next May and hope that there is still time to get a working television.

Great, and cheap with crystal clear image, love it.
