The remote control sucks! Too small, no back light

Have fastest internet speed but movies still buffering causing frustration

Two weeks ago the tv would not turn on. I have to unplug it for a while then plug it back in to get it to come on. It no longer connects with my internet no matter what I try. Love the TV just wished it worked the way it should.

Previous Vizio owner. This TV was open box sale. Have not been able to connect to my network. Called Vizio -no help. Requested help from cable provider- no help. So my smart TV is still not fully functional. Too late to return. Stuck wit it unless I pay to fix.

Don't bother buying this "smart tv". I've had mine for just over a month and the smart apps don't work. I would recommend buying a regular tv and then buying a Roku stick or Chromecast. Also Vizio support is terrible, they didn't help me at all.

The TV functions as a TV should. However, I purchased it due to the built in Wi-Fi and internet capability. I had to hard wire the TV because the Wi-Fi wouldn't pick up my house network (though other devices in the same spot would easily do so). When it finally was hooked up, the VIZIO Internet app selection was terrible - a selection of shopping apps and local news for cities across the country. For the incremental money spent to get a smart TV, the only one who became smart was me - I shouldn't have bothered getting this set. I got smart too late, alas.

Sometimes the tv won't turn on. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it will turn on again but I don't expect that to continue nor do I want to have to operate the tv this way. It has to go back and my guess is even though it will be replaced under manufacturer warranty, the service contract will not start over with the replacement. Two out of three tvs I've purchased at BB have had to be replaced. Buy the service contracts!!!!

I have tried to improve the picture quality by using different settings, but nothing has helped. I would not recommend this product.

This system is over priced for what it provides. The cameras do not have audio.

I didn't have great expectations for this tv, considering the price, but purchased it for my very small/cozy guest room. I was worried this might be too small a screen to work well as a tv. I was so happily surprised when I finished setting it all up. The set up was fairly easy, but the stand didn't quite fit into the slots. I had to take a screwdriver and carefully bend out one of the insert parts out so it would go into a slot. I was a bit annoyed at that. But OK, moving on. The sound is really very good, and is far better than my expensive flat screen Toshiba in my own bedroom! The screen size is perfect for any guest room, bedroom or dorm. I especially like the "surround sound" and tried the different sound settings out. Very cool! The picture is great, and I tweaked it a bit to brighten it up and adjust the color. The auto backlight dimming feature can be a bit annoying, as when a close up image comes on, things seem to fade to darker. I turned it off for now. For a test, I tuned into Netflix and started playing "Once", which is very colorful. Looked great, colors are a little on the cool side and it took some adjusting to get it to look less green. There's no way to just add red, so far as I've found, but it looks great as it is. I tried out all color settings, but went back to the "cool" setting because it looked most natural with tweaking. Perhaps I haven't found all the adjustments yet. The sound is wonderful -- deep, rich, and powerful. I didn't even have the volume turned up very high, and it sounded great. I did have some trouble getting it to hook up to my wifi which is At&t. I finally gave up, since I don't really want the apps that come with the tv. I use a Roku with all of my channels, which was easily set up. Maybe someone else will spend the time to trouble shoot the reason it won't hook up to the wifi. I just couldn't be bothered. For $200 you can't go wrong with this tv. I highly recommend it. I think I'll go and watch tv in my guest room tonight!!

The tv lasted me only two weeks. After that point the power would not turn on. Vizio customer service is an absolute joke. They did not help at all. Luckily Best Buy took the product back as defective.

I was absolutely shocked at how good this TV is. Out ancient kitchen TV had just died, and we needed something pretty quick. Of course, money is tight, as it is for everyone... so this caught my eye. Having had an LCD TV in our living room for 5 years, and now this LED TV, I realize the big difference - I can hardly wait for our living-room TV to croak! Picture is crystal clear, apps are a little strange, but easily learned and used, and the fact that I can stream from my computer wirelessly is incredible!

bought this a few months ago for my children. I was not impressed with previous Vizios however this one is pretty good

We wanted a new TV for our room and this is a perfect fit. The price was perfect for our budget. We have had the Tv for several months now and are still very pleased with our purchase.

I was looking for a 29 inch monitor, but rather found this smart tv from vizio. Bought it and I'm using it as my desktop monitor. And it's cheaper & better than having just a monitor since it's also a smart tv. I recommend this.

GREAT picture only thing is the Wi-Fi reception king of sucks.

This Television fits perfectly in my kitchen and its a smart tv

We have two brand new VIZIO smart TVs and neither will load NETFLIX. All other apps work great...it's just NETFLIX that fails to connect. After 4 hrs performing all recommended fixes from both VIZIO and Netflix websites, I googled VIZIO NETFLIX problems and see there are verified software issues. Until this is resolved, we must attach ROKU boxes or our PS4 for Netflix, which defeats the purpose of a smart tv. Be aware NETFLIX viewers! Vizio has not fixed this problems in 4 yrs.

We needed a small TV for our bedroom and this one was just the right size. We don't have to hook anything else up to it get Netflix on it so that's a space saver. Picture and sound are descent, about what you'd expect from a little TV. The only thing I don't like about this tv is that it has no sound outputs so if you want to hook it up to some speakers your out of luck. I tried to hook it up to some computer speakers using the headphone output but the sound was so low I had to turn the speakers all the way up to hear anything and it sounded awful.
