    This is a good product for the price. It doesn't have any meaningful base. You have to buy the sub woofer separately and that's definitely a negative but for use in a second bedroom it works fine. Don't buy this for premium quality sound. it is better than what comes with most lower end TVs.

    I got the sound bar because sometimes it was hard to hear the standard TV speakers. The sound bar makes a huge difference. I find we actually have the volume on 1/2 the level we used to have and even sometimes have to turn it down when there is big action scene...but not often.
