Mixed feelings

I'm not fully satisfied with the way the speaker sound. At > mid volume, the sound is distorted and everything around the speaker kind of vibrates.

I having major issues with it now.

The help when I called was so not helpful!!! Not happy not sure if I will use Best Buy again.
