My old Boston Acoustics soundbar went out, which was disappointing since it cost about $350 a few years ago and was used relatively infrequently. All I need for this TV is something to help enhance the sound from the internal speakers, which like most TVs, is muffled and hard to hear due to the speaker location. I found this soundbar on sale at Best Buy and decided to try it. For what I need it works great. I wasn't looking for surround sound or deep bass from a subwoofer - I just need something that will allow my family to enjoy TV when watching this particular TV. It does a great job at that and I am pleased.

I purchased this during a sale for $130 and mated it to a 55 inch Panasonic LED TV. Nice TV but sub par sound system that was especially noticeable watching movies on NetFlix. I wanted better than a two channel sound bar but didn't want to pay a premium for 5 channels and a separate sub woofer. This fits the bill nicely. TV and sound bar are in a living room roughly 17 x 14 feet with a tile floor. I am not an audiophile by any means but I am satisfied. A vast improvement over the TV speakers which is all I really wanted. Nice that it came with a variety of cables, including a digital optical cable.

I almost took this back, but then decided to bring it to our vacation home. It up in a few minutes to a Vizio 55". After playing with the settings, found a few that work great with our streaming services. Tried the Bluetooth pairing with an iPhone 6 Plus. It's as easy as they said. Recommend.

Right out of the box and onto the entertainment center and three plug in placements and great sound immediately! Great sound and even though on front of viewing, it has the surround sound feeling. Very pleased.

Sound is good. Set up simple. Only problem is there is no information screen. You have to judge everything by lights on the side. It should be ok once set up but awkward at first.

Exceeds expectations. I'll never watch tv without the sound bar on again. What a nice difference this makes. Had it installed and mounted in 15 minutes.

This was a gift, did Not want to spend too much. Great sound quality and easy to set up.

We have very impressed by the quality of sound from this device. We replaced a 5 speaker surround with this and don't regret it. Looks nice and clean too.

tv sits in an entertainment unit-sound was muffled.This brings sound to the front and makes a big difference.Easy setup-pretty much plug and play.

Good sound, easy installation; really enhances the sound of the TV

Improves the basic sound quality of an HDTV as those usually come with speakers that don't have a wide range of sound or volume. The only negative that comes with this speaker is while it does improve the volume that you wouldn't get out of your TV the bass is pretty weak and the speakers aren't built to put out deep bass which really requires a sub, even at 50% bass and volume around 40-60% the speakers can rattle from the bass output. Solution, drop your bass to about 40% and keep the volume below 60% if you have the money to spare go ahead and get a higher quality soundbar with a sub, if money is tight then this soundbar is good enough.

Bought it for my 50 inch Vizio tv. Setup took literally about five minutes. Very pleased with the upgrade in sound for this price.

I purchased this soundbar to get a better sound with my bedroom tv. For the price, I think it's a good deal. It's been less than a month, but, so far, no problems, and the sound improvement is nice.

Setup was easy with the included digital optical cable. Doesn't provide home theater level sound but it's an improvement over the built in speakers in our large, thin LCD TV.

This is a quality sound bar. My Vizio TV has sound coming from the back. I purchased a Vizio sound bar and it makes a tremendous difference. A 100% improvement.

For a sound bar it sounds good works good with vizio tv and sounds good linked with Bluetooth

Overall pleased with the sound bar but switching from TV to bluetooth is vague. The remote is basic. You really can't tell when the source is correct until you wait for the sound. Everything you need to mount it is included. Sound volume is acceptable because wattage is not stated anywhere in the description. I have it mounted in a large room(clubhouse 40x40) and it is loud enough..

The instructions were very good and it was easy to install. We tried first placing it below the TV, but the sound tended to go downward and was not as powerful as expected. Then we experimented and found a way to mount it on top of the TV with velcro mounts and it met all expectations with sound filling the room.

This is a pretty good sound system - obviously it's a soundbar, not a complete surround system, but the sound is still very good. Crisp and clear, good bass and treble, and pretty good at pretending to be surround sound. Easy to install, and takes a very small footprint. Also connected to my turntable just fine. My only issue is that the danged thing sometimes refuses to communicate with the remote control at all. But, for the price, and in a home in which true surround would take too much space and cost too much money, this is a perfect alternative.

The soundbar brings great sound to my Vizio TV. Sounds nearly as good as my stereo, and the soundbar is the only speaker attached to the TV. Great investment in theatre-ish sound.
