    This is an upgrade of a previous TV and provides a larger image with all of the same great features of the previous TV.

    Picture is only OK, and speakers sound like they are covered with a rag. The most frustrating thing about the whole experience is the IR receiver. No matter what remote I used, I would have to push a button 2, 3, maybe 4 times or more before the command would register with the TV. Made it very difficult to enter my WiFi password, turn the volume up and down, or switch inputs. Worst thing is that this was the experience on 2 different TV’s of this same model. I don’t have any problem with any of the other VIZIO TV’s I own.

    I am already starting to have glitches with my television set. It has shut off for no reason, sometimes when I turn it on the volume doesn’t always come on right away

    Streaming is very slow. All tvs stream fast except this one. Sometimes it I have to unplug it to make it turn off. But I like all the apps on it.

    1 month old and streaming mechanism quit working

    I stream everything now and the streaming mechanism quit working just after a month of use. I noticed it starting to lag for the last week or so and then it finally died. It's only a week or so past the return period so I guess I'll have to just exchange it. I've had Vizio products prior to hopefully this is just a fluke and the next one will be fine. Fairly disappointed with this one though.

    Wouldn't buy again

    My TV died at 2 PM Christmas Eve. Unable to research TVs. Vizio's Audio is muffled on each setting. No cables were included. Mine didn't reach to the far side of the TV. Have problems returning to original screen. Remote is not easy to hold on to with arthritis and buttons are too small. Person with eye problems wouldn't be able to see them. Excellent video doesn't compensate for the audio. No I would not buy a Vizio again.

    For the first time ever this will be my rating Poor Star rating. I was not happy with my choice of this Tv. for 2 big reasons. Funny that they both are connected. Vizio and Google try to force you to agree to have the Tv connected to the Wi-Fi. I have a firestick and I wasn't planning on using the SmartCast option. Since I have 20+ gadgets already connected to the Wi-Fi. All I wanted was a simple basic Tv. Not a fan of this one.

    Great TV for the price. Smart Hub very easy to work. Once settings were tweaked to our liking, everything looked great.

    Excellent image, the only problem I had was some of the apps were not preinstalled so you need to spend time to download but it was ok

    This has been the worst television purchase I have ever bought...disappointment in every aspect of the tv is an understatement. I have never owned a tv that loses internet connection as much as the smartcast does. I had to call customer service to get it to work after owning it just a little over a month. Now I have to unplug the tv and plug it back in to get Smartcast to work. From now on, I will stick with Hisense.
