    This is a great TV for 1080p but I had to return it because I really wanted 4k for my semi truck.

    Slow to load apps even when hard wired to ethernet. Same cmds used to turn on and off this TV as LG TVs which can be annoying when close to a LG TV.

    It works fine... but this tv sometimes freezes and I can’t even turn it off. It’s annoying because the Apps will stop working as well. But hey for that price it will do

    Do not like the remote because my mother in law has a lot of difficulty turning her TV on and then to regular TV. I purchased this TV because her last one was a Vizio and lasted 4 years and the she had no problem with the remote. The remote is not "user friendly". I would recommend when manufacturing future TV's that you give serious consideration to a better remote. Thank you.

    overall for the price it would have been worth it. But I have had nothing but problems with the volume. The volume would cut out for no reason. Sometimes if I muted it would come back for a minute or two. Of course it did not start for a couple of weeks as it was not used every day. At this time the 14 day period had passed to bring it back to Bets Buy. i tried every thing i could do . I went on line to see if anyone else had this issue I reed the manual and did what was suggested nothing worked. To eliminate one suggested issue I disconnected my Roku still no volume .Now i am stuck with a tv that does not have any volume. I would never buy a Vizio again. Also I would not buy at BestBuy again do to their short return policy. I researched and if I had bought it at any other store I would have had 30 days to return and had been able to return it . Instead of being stuck with a tv that i can not use.

    Sometimes it doesn't work like it's suppose to. Mostly not wanting to turn on. Sometimes I turn it off & it turns itself back on and then off.

    We bought this to game on, but sometime we will use the apps on the tv. it can be very slow, and sometime shuts off randomly.
