Don't do it! This TV constantly freezes!

However, what it does A LOT is freeze/lock up. The picture freezes and the TV does not respond to the remote. The only way I can get it to work again is to unplug it. I confirmed the firmware is up-to-date. I am glad I can still return it to Best Buy. I saw the same reviews here and on other retailer websites that this is a very common problem with this TV. Until Vizio figures out how to fix this problem, do NOT buy this TV.

Not worth the cheap price

During the initial set up, this tv would reboot halfway through downloading the updates it needed. It took about 2-3 hours for it to finally get done. I know it's an inexpensive tv, but it does run really slow. At times it even freezes mid show and you have to unplug it for at least 5 minutes before it starts working "normally" again.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.
