    Tv becomes unusable. Black screen. Smart cast lags or doesn’t load at all. I have to do soft restarts constantly just to watch tv. Comes with a lot of apps I’d never use but you can’t remove them. Just poor overall. Not my finest purchase. The next try is a full factory reset and long software update all over again.

    I had to stand waiting for at least 25 minutes before being helped. You need to hire more employees (who know what they are talking about!)!

    Okay TV, slow UI and crashes during sleep

    This TV was cheap, and was exactly that. It'd require constantly being unplugged to turn back on, and as the cable is attached you have to do this at the wall. When the TV worked the UI was laggy, very laggy. Sometimes unusable, but if you got it working it did manage to play shows okay. I'd personally invest in a slightly better TV to ensure a good experience, but good be fine if you're not crazy inpatient.

    Lots of ppl report Vizio sound issues.. Guess what

    I hate this TV. None of the audio output ports work. NONE!!!! I troubleshot all over trying to figure out some way to turn on the audio output that should be automatic. Nothing worked. I have used optical audio/soundbars on other TVs and even my job requires helping people set up accessories using optical audio so I am familiar with this technology and how automatically and flawlessly it works on everything but Vizio. Usually hooking up a Soundbar is a no brainer but this required tons of troubleshooting and still doesnt work. Manual is worthless too. Even if everything functioned perfectly I hate the massively bloated UI. There are like 50 billion apps preinstalled on this migraine of a TV. What if I want to go to app 1,499 and I dont want all the crappy apps I scroll through to get to it???? Seriously?? It is also very sluggish going from one to another. TV has also already froze a couple times. In short I wouldn’t recommend this TV to my worst enemy.

    TV is very slow to respond to anything doesn't turn on right away and the input switching is painful at best
