Terrible, even for a cheap tv

So many issues. I thought this would be a decent budget option for a bedroom. It's not. If you're looking at a budget option, save up a little bit and buy anything else. - Remote often unresponsive. Not a battery issue - swapped in fresh batteries. - Remote design is awkward. Accidental button presses frequently. - When the remote is working, the delay time between the remote and the tv (even when used at point blanc range) is so long you can't even tell if the commands are going through or not, which results in duplicated commands half the time. - Smart phone app to use with TV instead of a phone completely useless. When trying to detect devices it just finds wifi networks. Ridiculous. - Randomly turns on (??? scared me the first time it happened) - Often ends up in weird buggy state where its on but just a black screen and unresponsive. You have to power cycle (unplug, hold down power button five seconds, plug back in) to get out of this state. Which I imagine would be a huge pain if were mounted. - No channel or menu buttons, so if the remote is toast and you can't connect the app, hope you enjoy whatever random station you happened to be on. - More things I can't think of atm, but just all around complete garbage. I've owned for two months and it's always frustrating.

The Best yet
