    This TV is a mess. I have had to restore factory settings twice. It often says there is no internet connection—there is. It takes a long time to load, today the volume control on the remote wouldn’t work and I had to shut the tv down and restart it. And I have had this TV all of three weeks, would NEVER recommend or.

    Though the quality of the tv itself is decent for the price, the tv is nearly unusable as it is so slow. Often times in the home screen it can't take 2-3 seconds for a button press to respond. Sometimes the tv just stops responding completely and I'm forced to unplug it and plug it back in. Do not recommend this tv for anything related to its internal smart functions.
