It was an easy setup for one who is technologically challenged. Price could have been better for a Black Friday sale; it was only discounted about $15. Color is good for the price, and it’s easy to operate the remote.

Even the setup was easy. The only complaint I have is when I use the sleep timer, the next day I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to turn back on. I cannot figure it out.

It has many great features including the ability to stream Youtube from another device. Its very easy to connect to you network and has its own apps preloaded. I use Amazon Fire so I didnt do much with this feature

Full HD, yes. But the processor is TOO slow.

The size is good for what I needed and the full HD is great. BUT, the processor is obviously so underpowered the television functions with agonizing slowness. Just scrolling from one app to another is tedious. Sometimes increasing or decreasing the volume causes the television to cease working properly. And streaming Disney + has been an ordeal. Often the picture freezes, or hangs, and then the app will crash, and I'll have to start over. Netflix seems to operate slightly better for some reason. I kept telling myself, "If this happens tomorrow, I'm returning this television." But I'm busy and I didn't get around to it until it was "not returnable." Darn.

Nice crisp picture, bright vivid colors. The built in apps are good but I wish I was able to download more but for the price you can't complain too much. My biggest complaint is the Alexa feature. I have tried for weeks but I still cannot get it to work with Amazon Alexa which is sad because that was one of the main reasons I purchased this TV.

This TV is for my mother and it is very difficult to find the cable channels. Every time you push the wrong button she cannot find the channels without someone else working through the steps to find them. A smart TV that’s too smart for us humans.

Person it was brought for is happy as it is for their den to replace another 32inch that failed after 7 years. The Smartcast interface is SLOW on the tv though. The chip set would be low end due to the price. User got a Fire Stick and it works great. So I would suggest using another streaming stick/device with this instead of the built in interface.
