I’d give it zero stars if I could
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within a month of purchasing this TV, the light on the front started blinking maniacally. A Google search said to turn it off under System in the menu. Then if it flickers, you’re supposed to power off/on to make it stop. In reality, when the TV is on, sometimes the light goes on, sometimes off, and sometimes flickers. When the power is off, the light is off ir on with no apparent pattern. And sometimes the Vizio logo just appears on the screen — at which point the TV is completely unresponsive. You have to pull the plug for 10 seconds to get it to behave. The newest thing is the sound. We get distortion or vibration sometimes from the built-in speakers. Yes I could buy a stand-alone speaker, but instead I will buy a new Non-Vizio TV as soon as I can. Avoid!

Does not connect to 5G WiFi.

Steaming is sluggish and frequently freezes. Response to the remote is erratic and sluggish. I tested the remote batteries and they are fully charged, so that is not the cause.

Posted .Hello Michael, while a 5GHz network does offer a better speed at times, it's signal and range is also less than a 2.4GHz network. You should be able to get a more than adequate connection and speed to cast and stream all of your favorite content using a 2.4GHz network as well. There could be a few things that cause lag or apps to not respond correctly, and I would like to learn more so we can assist with troubleshooting.
