    The screen was smaller that expected. It did not fit the space set aside for it.

    The interface is so slow and glitchy we bought a FireTV stick for this smart TV. Picture quality isn't anything to write home about either. Overall I wouldn't recommend it, even as a cheap option.

    This was a very bad purchase i wasn't told that this was a casting smart tv and if a sell member had told me the difference between the 2 i would've spent the extra money on the Samsung who i love anyway for a smart streaming tv lesson learned thanks to best buy team

      Hello String79, This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.     This TV is garbage, it costs so cheap because it is basically unusable, doesn’t turn on sometimes, gets stuck on screens while using apps, quality is terrible, honestly just overall a disaster. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS TV.

    Very disappointed. This was my 4th Vizio and had high expectations as the first one I purchased in 2005 is still working. This one had what I suspect as a firmware problem. It would load the apps after initial setup then not after. Would only get a grey screen. If I reset it to factory defaults, it would work again then fail after. Took it back and found many open "refurbished" boxes for $5 - $10 off which would have probably worked but not worth the risk at that low of a discount. Got my refund and moved on.

    Picture is decent at best. Unbelievably slow and unresponsive. STAY away from this TV. Only reason I gave it two stars is for airplay(which hardly works) and it’s one of like 3 1080p TVs available in this size

    I bought this to use as an internet streaming tv. The apps were awkard to access and the tv was sluggish to change between apps. The apps ran along the bottom of the screen and visually were small to see. I returned it after a week to the store.

    Shame on Vizio!!! This TV constantly freezes up. You have to unplug it from the wall in order to get it to unfreeze or wait 20 or so minutes for it to shut itself off. When it is frozen even the manual power button won't work. At least once a day when we turn on the TV it will say no WIFI connections found and the only way to fix it is to go into the TV settings and reboot the TV. The WIFI signal to the TV is at 900Mbps so its not a signal strength issue. The TV takes for ever to load any screen and any menu. There are times when the picture looks like it is 480p not 1080p. We bought this TV given that we have had some exceptional success with their other series.
