    It worked really well for the first few months, then it just quit working properly. It freezes and turns off on its own daily. When watching an app such as Netflix or Hulu it continuously goes back to the Home Screen.

    Worst tv that I ever had slow it freezes all the time I have to reset to factory because the tv it’s really really slow never going to buy this again I wish I can return it

    Extremely slow, sometimes won’t turn on without unplugging and re-plugging in. Sometimes completely unresponsive. It was a cheap TV and you get what you pay for.

    The power light flashes nonstop. A quick check on the internet shows plenty of people complaining about this. Called Vizio tech support twice. Each time they took me through a series of steps that did not work. They said they are aware of this problem with this model and they don't know what to do. They suggested I put black electrical tape over the flashing light. Then the television started turning itself half on whenever it wanted to, with the Vizio insignia on the screen, but the remote would not turn it on or off, it had to be unplugged from the wall each time this happened. Enough is enough; I returned this set for a refund.

    This Vzio product is complicated. The picture quality is very poor(dark?) compared to other 32 in screens the picture is tiny. The power connector cord does not stay connected to the set. Very disappointed.

    I don't know if this was just a bad unit or if all of them behave the same way. It took nearly 2 hours to set up/update the software, once updated the tv behaved erratically from the start. I routinely checked for more updates, changed WiFi networks, tried different streaming apps. Same result. Slow slow slow menu, tv would randomly reboot while streaming, worked fine on HDMI input. Returned it to BB... If you get one, I hope you have better results...

    Smart TV App Won't Work With Remote

    I just purchased this TV yesterday. After initial setup the SmartCast app does not work with the remote. The remote works fine for all other TV functions... turning off/on, volume, and luckily there's a Netflix button to get me to Netflix. But since the SmartCast app doesn't respond to the remote I can't install Disney+ or any other app. I contacted service and after some trouble shooting they said this is a known app issue and will be fixed soon, but they couldn't tell me if this is days, weeks, months. I still have my receipt so I guess I'll have to return it.

    Had to return tv. As smart cast would not load. Tv would also get stuck on Vizio logo and would have to manually unplug the unit to get it to work

    I had to return this TV after less than a week. 1) the power light flashed every time I turned the set on, and continued until I turned the set off then on again. 2) There was a flash across the bottom of the picture every few minutes. 3) The sound would go out every time the flash occurred. 4) The set would turn off and on, by itself, at least once every hour. After having another Visio for over 10 years, they've lost a customer!!!

      Hi Sky7, Sorry to hear have issue with the led light flashing, We would recommend power cycling the TV, Sound like may have power connection issue, Unplug the TV from the power, Hold the physical power button on the TV for 5 seconds, Then re-seat the power cord back into the TV.     This TV Sucks. The picture quality was terrible even without wifi and the wifi was so poor that it sometimes the picture could not even get to 720p. It replaces a simple TV with a firestick that got wifi at 50+ MBS so signal strength at the location was clearly not the issue. I've seen other reviews complaining about wifi so this seems to be an issue with Vizio, This is being returned and replaced with a different brand.

    Never got to try it. Ordered to have after my surgery, delivery was delayed so arrived day before but was broken. Since it or nothing similar was available just got one from walmart.

    If I could give no stars I would. Vizio TV would not stay connected to internet - whether using WI-FI or ethernet cable. Constantly updating or needing updates. Ended up having it replaced by Vizio - BUT buyer beware - they send you a refurbished TV at their option. They DO NOT replace with a new one. Refurbished TV does not work any better than the new one. Bad, Bad, Bad

    Super glitchy tv, all my button reactions have delay and the tv will just crash if I try to press more than 1 button within a few seconds. Really about to put back up the smaller tv
