    Less thanva year old and already it does not work probably. Reboots constantly, youtube does not play well and kerps sayinf not connected to wifi

    Did not like the Smart Cast. This tv is for streaming apps only and it was for already predetermining apps. You couldn’t add any others.

    I'm a Vizio fan and currently own a 55" LCD that's several years old. I purchased this one for a TV in our workout room. It's complete garbage. I spent 2hrs on the phone with Vizio trying to get the TV past the setup phase and neither of us could get it to boot consistently. When we did get it to boot, the navigation on this TV is EXTREMELY slow. I asked their "engineer" if this was normal, and he said 'yes'. It's a cheap TV, but you get what you pay for.

    This tv was glitchy from the moment I plugged it in. The smart interface on the tv itself is so bad I had to revert to using my fire stick

    Four weeks and already not working.

    Purchased four weeks ago. Already it takes 10-15 minutes to warm up before the screen comes on. You can hear it but not see it. Sometimes the picture is grey colors.

    I’ve had this only six months and already had the motherboard replaced. Have to still keep unplugging and plugging back in. Thank goodness it isn’t a wall mount.

    Absolutely horrible TV. Constantly loses connection to the WiFi even though devices much farther away connect seamlessly. This is the worst television I have ever purchased. The power will sometimes turn off randomly. The millions of apps that are force downloaded make the TV almost inoperable. This freezing, disconnecting, power flickering garbage should be discontinued and Vizio should refund everyone they scammed with this trash.

    Had to return the TV

    Bought the TV because it had YouTube TV built in it. Got it all connected and it would run for about 20 seconds and then freeze for a couple of seconds. This happened the majority of the time. Returned the Vizio and swapped it out for a more expensive Samsung which has been great.

    Picture isn't very good and you have to have the volume up on 35 just to hear it. Probably will never buy another vizio again

    stopped working in two months

    The TV stopped working or having any display within a couple months of purchase. It was outside of the store warranty deadline so I contacted Vizio since its still under manufacture warranty. I filled out the appropriate forms and was informed an empty box would be shipped to me free of charge within 4-5 business days to send it back for a replacement. Its been three weeks, no box and no response from Vizio. Total waste of money and time.

    Disgusted by return policy

    Best Buy tells me this set only has 2 week return window. Tv works great but my kid wants the little bigger model. 2weeks return "privilege" is both insulting and discouraging. Why would anyone live with this policy. Walmart across the street has a 30 day return. As does Amazon 1day. The Sam's club a block away is 90 days. Target is 30 days. What a way to grow your business. I cannot recommend best buy.

    Everything looks fine.. except Smartcast!!!! Smartcast is not working!!! I tried factory reset and all the solutions for smartcast not working problem (Its grey blank screen), but all of solutions are not able to fix the problem...
