    The item was returnable to Best Buy until Oct 7th. On Oct. 8th. The tv failed to load a picture although the power was on. I powered it off and back on and it worked. So far this has occurred 4 times. If it continues, I will contact Vizio customer service again. Sometimes they are helpful, sometimes not Based on other Vizio TV issues (a different TV). I should have known better.

    After 18 days of purchasing this Vizio television it doesn't want to power on. The light indicator flashes for a few seconds then automatically shuts off. Not sure if I got a defective TV? I tried to call customer service, can't reach them. Automated phone service sucks!!! Best Buys should hire live local people to answer phones and questions we may have. RETURNING THE TELEVISION!

    Freezes when steaming when using wifi

    Freezes mainly with Hulu, my other TV which is further away, no problem. I see other reviewers have the same problem.

    Don’t waste your money buying a Visio TV Class LED

    After 2 weeks of purchase the tv screen keep freezing and having hard time to connect to WiFi. I went to Best Buy to return the tv and get a better one just to pay the difference and I was told that it’s not possible because I have more than 2 weeks with the tv. Don’t waste your money buying the is item.

    Airplay is non functional!

    Good small TV, but the Airplay does not connect to iPhone at all. Useless for what I wanted. Waste of money.

    TV is supposed to be 1080 resolution. It is only 480 resolution. Very disappointed.

    No more Vizios

    This tv was always sluggish with any smart applications. Finally it became non-functional, it would not even turn off. My suggestion to Vizio is that they work with Roku and dump their smart system. As to non-functionality, I assume i got a bad one. My one star is for the operating system.

    Very slow for a "smart tv'!

    This TV freezes, requires constant resets and still seems to be always buffering unless it is used with HMDI from TV for for local stations with antenna and just recently had to install a ROKU Streaming stick. Many apps like CBS All Access seem barely functional. It takes for ever to move from one letter or number when putting in passwords, etc.

    Get a monitor if you need a small tv not this

    I was expecting so much more, I want to buy from American manufacturers as much as possible, I also have a 70” Visio tv that’s pretty good but this one not only loads slow but it freezes up and has to be unplugged often to reset it, sound is atrocious, I needed a smaller tv for my rv but this is not it.

    I ordered this tv with the benefits of the doubt after hearing so many bad reviews which turned out to be true my tv goes in and out shuts off will not come back on and i have to constantly unplug it and replug it and when you turn it on it has a blank screen Very disappointed i would like my money back or a new tv this is rediculous

    Poor wifi reception

    Disappointed in the wifi antenna and reception. I use this TV to replace an existing old smaller Vizio TV and never had any issues. This TV on the other hand has terrible reception. Home screen sometime does not even come up and I need to start with the Netflix screen and then switch to home screen to get to You Tube TV app. Disappointed!
