Terrible ac input placement

Basically you can have a wall mounted piece of plastic, or put it on its feet and have a tv.

This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Worst TV ever

The interface is so slow, I returned it the next day. The price was great and loved that it was nearly the only 32 inch TV that was 1080p. But if you can’t get to the point where you can watch TV because of the interface, then no point. YOU’VE been warned

Crappiest TV I've purchased in 40 years

Both outperform this Vizio hands down. Very surprised at the lack in quality of this product. Loads slow compared to my Element which is a lower end TV. Very surprised, the Element outperformed the Vizio hands down. So we returned it and bought an LG. Glad we did.

The YouTube tv and Hulu channels consistently froze up - while no other tv in the house did this. When turning on, the screen to choose a streaming service would come up about 1 in 3 tries. This unit would seriously turn on by itself for no reason. Completely unhappy.

how is it even possible?

Would not recommend, especially since we got a replacement thinking it was just that one. But nope the replacement tv did the same.

Stopped working

We took back to the store and with the warranty they took back and had us pick out a new one.

Garbage

I bought it for my 98 year old mother last month and TWICE it has simply gone black on her. Just up and died. It slips off cable mode ALL BY ITSELF. It came highly recommend and it is a piece of garbage that causes my elderly mother great anxiety.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again. I went to smart cast and I’m unable to navigate it the page. It’s stuck on now available on smartcast tv. Sort your app now screen. I would not recommend this tv to anyone so we just use it to play video games on.

Went to the apps section to try and add Discovery+ but found out you can't add apps unless it's through an apple device? I don't own an apple anything and never will. Why can't Vizio just let you download an app?

Posted .Hello Cubb, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
