    Adding Apps is IMPOSSIBLE on this “Smart TV.” If you want, say “PlutoTV” (not built in), you can ONLY cast from your phone—install the PlutoTV app on your phone then cast (send) show to this Vizio. ROKU platform is FAR superior to Vizio or Samsung. Regret, regret, regret

    Lousey lasted all of 8 days. then would not come on. However Best Buy was Great, They replaced it immediately upon my return of bad set. Got a new one and off i Go ! Happy ! Happy ! Happy ! Not Best Buy's Fault -- Usually Visio is a Good Set !

    Smartcast issues

    Smartcast didn't work on this tv. Was advised by Vizio that they were working on a fix for the software glitch but didn't know when it would be resolved. Told me to use my smartphone or tablet to operate the tv. Needless to say, the tv went back.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.     After a week of use the picture just went black. Couldn’t turn tv back on, couldn’t reset, couldn’t do anything! Then went back got a 2nd one the screen was cracked out of package, have the 3rd one now for a week let’s see how it goes

    Terrible TV

    The Home Screen doesn’t work. Have to keep resetting it in order the get the Home Screen/main menu where all the apps are to work. Ended up purchasing a fire stick instead of returning the tv. Don’t purchase unless you know you can return it

    Highly disappointed. The tv goes blank and unresponsive with no warning. It’s turns on by itself after it’s been turned off. There isn’t much support for this problem but apparently it’s a common one with this tv

    well it lasted a little over a month. This morning it didn't even turn on. Thought maybe the batteries, replaced them and nothing. So it's dead..

    This is an horrible product. There are limited apps. The connection is glitchy. The transition is rough and erratic. I wish I'd purchased the Samsung. I tried to return, but the short 15 days return date passed.

      Hello NCYshopper, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.     Terrible! Do not buy. Just spend the extra money and get something that will function correctly. Smart features like netflix has a mind of its own with this tv. I have to use a roku tv to watch netflix.

    Not happy with product! Had to call customer support 3 times the first week Audio messed up and it would shut off whenever ?? Vizio support is pathetic! Best Buy was great!

    When box open, noticed the screen was broken in two places. I have received a return mailing label but no word ona replacement TV. Should have been shipped with an outer box. Shipped inoriginal box. No added protection.

    Please please please please please don’t go cheap on Vizio. Hands down worst TV ever bought. And that includes tube TVs or projection. It’s slow and the interface with Netflix etc... is more than frustrating.

    From opening the box I have had trouble with the TV starting. I haven't brought the TV back to Best Buy. I'm disappointed with the quality and will put up with the issues until I can afford to purchase a better quality TV

    Wireless connection is horrible. Had restart TV multiple times just to get connected to WIFi on a daily basis. I returned TV after 2 weeks and bought a Samsung instead. Same size but not 1080p. But it works a lot better.

    After mounting the tv it worked for one day. The next day the product I purchased would not turn on and kept shutting itself off. If you purchase this tv make sure you buy the warranty service

    Sometimes it works great, sometimes it will just turn off for no reason. I’ll hit the “Netflix” button and it will go black and then just turn off. I honestly hate this tv and wish I wasn’t past my return window.

    It came with a dead pixel. Other than that the smart features were laughable and the network hardware seemed to be really low quality comapred to the samsung we replaced this with.

    Very poor video and audio, got someone who knows how to set up a tv, but even then the picture was still all off color and way to bright and the audio sounded like the speakers was almost busted out.
