Worst tv ever JUNK

Freezes and you cant turn it off remote or power botton wont work so i have to unplug it to use it again. CC will not go off i have tried everything.

Posted .Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box. Talked with vizio they are working on it but they have no idea when it will work. We bought it to watch Disney plus and other apps. What a waste of money

Two bad items

But was outside of return timeframe so now stuck with bad unit. Randomly freezes up and requires soft reset in order to make operational.

Don’t purchase

Set up is a hassle

We actually never got to use it Because all day we were trying to set it up. Eventually gave up and traded in for a Samsung. Definitely the right choice

Not worth it

Poor online support locating purchase records

Terrible lag time after pushing remote

Wifi for this tv was horrible

Arrived damaged, slow response time

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.
