Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Functional and great picture Visio TV

It works well in our condo gymnasium. It does reflect light quite a bit, but so do most other TV's. I would recommend it for small rooms or as a computer monitor. It should be not to far from the internet modem though.
