    I got a defective TV

    Unfortunately mine did not work , I went to put my wifi and the TV froze and the TV keep restarting. But I'm sure if the stores were open ,I could have exchanged it and the TV would work perfectly fine. I ended up getting a 720p n it works fine.

    Received this TV as a gift for my birthday. I really like the smart features. I use it to watch Netflix and Hulu plus. I also use it to play video games.

    The service and products are great. Alan of the Geek squad is superb. He installed my equipment and answered all of my questions with expert knowledge.

    I recently purchased a Vizio TV during the pandemic. Best Buy was right there to handle curbside pick-up in a manner of minutes. Quickly and efficiently works for me.

    What can I say, nice, bright, colorfully. Sound not so good, but that’s what a Bluetooth speaker is for. Still working and no issues.

    This is a replacement for one we bought a year ago that would no longer power up. Picture quality is good but if it only last for a year I may have to relook at this rating.

    Excellent for the price! Purchased two for Christmas for our children. Sturdy, display is definitely 1080p and comes with all of thier favorite apps!

    It’s a good tv with some exceptions. It frequently disconnects from the WiFi on its own which is annoying and it didn’t come with its legs as advertised when I bought it. I wasn’t able to get through to Best Buy via phone so I gave up

    Does not allow app downloading. Not too smart with so many apps introduced each year. As a result you v Can't download the AT&T TV app like other smart TVs. The manufacturer decided for the user what apps they should have.

    The sound quality sucks

    Let's not beat around the bush. The sound is terrible. Sounds like someone talking through a rag. I'll be trying a computer speaker to improve the sound quality. If that doesn't do it. This TV goes back.

    Came broken. I said screw it an upgraded to the 40". It's good to go. If the 40" is anything like the 32" it's pretty nice. Unrelated to quality opinion: get the 40" because 32" is just small. Stop being cheap.

    I should have returned this tv days after I purchased it. I’m not sure if the SmartYV feature is what slows this down but I have another Vizio that does not give me issues so I have no idea why this one does but it is soooo slow to load. If my kids try to go to an app like Disney plus or YouTube it takes forever to load and once it does pop up it will just take you back to the original screen again. I did not check reviews before I purchased it but hopefully this will help someone else. If your using the Smart feature… purchase a different tv.

    This TV is trash. Super slow when scrolling. TV can’t handle Disney+. TV turns itself on and also freezes multiple times.

    Tv has a slow response when using the remote. Not bad for the price, replaced an older tv in the bedroom. Comes with plenty of apps. As long as you don't mind the remote lag, tv is just ok.

    Purchased for my bedroom. One downside is you can’t view from an angle because for some reason it displays a glare and you’re unable to see the true colors. Other than that, it’s an okay television.
