It was everything I expected. I did buy an "open box" but even with that it was everything I wanted and expected. My only complaint is I don't like the base of the TV. It has legs on each side. I'd prefer a base in the center of the TV. And definitely not a couple of legs. Other than that I think its a great TV for the price.

I'm very pleased with this vizio 40" model. No problems setting it up and I like the pyramid shaped stand, very sleek. Purchased on sale after shopping online for the TV deals in the area at the time. In my opinion Best Buy has the best prices.

Shortly after purchasing a 40" Vizio TV for our bedroom, my wife commented that the sound from the TV's speakers wasn't that great. A few days afterwards, I was browsing the "Deal of the Day" email and saw this sound bar on sale. It had great features and very good reviews, so I picked one up. Upon connecting it to the TV, the difference in sound was significant. The only thing I'd recommend is to get a fiber optic cable to connect the sound bar to your TV -- doing that cuts our any sort of hissing sound when the volume is low that you may notice when using the included analog cables. Overall, I (and my wife) are most pleased with this sound bar.

I really like this tv. This is my first smart tv and I'm glad I bought this one. Love the quality and having the video and music streaming apps right at the click of a button.

We have a built in entertainment center so we were limited on the size of the TV. I normally read reviews before I buy anything but because of the size limitation I didn't. Visios have been recommended to me by several people so that is what I went with. So far we are very pleased with it.

VIZIO E-Series E40-C2 LED Smart HDTV is excellent. Color is great. The smart tv option is also nice to have. The only thing I think they can improve on is to put a better speaker on these. But overall, I really like it.

As a smart TV, at this price, it is your choice. The online streaming works nice. And you can use your chromecast conveniently since there is a built in USB port. You do not need separate power for the chromecast.

I came to Best Buy without really knowing what kind of router I needed, but one of the store's associates helped me find the right one for my needs and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm very happy with Best Buy's customer service and so far the router has worked great.

Picked this unit up for Black Friday and it's been great. The screen is clear and vibrant. The speakers are decent. I added a sound bar to my tv just for the bass but the tv speakers do the job. All the ports have worked well and the remote is easy to navigate.

This is my second Vizio TV. I am very pleased with the brand. Good features, excellent picture quality, easy set-up and a great price. I would buy this again.

I compared brands, sizes, prices, and features of TVs. Best Buy had a good price on this model. The TV seems to have every feature (and more) that I was looking for.
