The Vizio has great picture and clarity. My only detractor would be that the buttons on the remote are rather small.

I've had good performance experience for well over a year with my Vizio 24" LED TV that I mainly use for a PC monitor. Great as a TV as well. So I bought a 40-inch version of the same E-series for the mother-in-law and she loves the picture (after I tweaked it some). I would buy another. Easy to set up and operate. As an EE, it is hard for me to give anything an excellent rating. Best Buy matched manufacturers special deal as well. Salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Good clear picture, easy to use and perfect size for the intended room

I was looking to upgrade from my 32 in. LG LCD tv of about 5 years. I looked and read the reviews of this 40 in. Vizio and also looked @ the specs and was stunned by how much value I was going to receive for the price of this TV. What was even better was that I was able to price match it! Thank goodness customers/ businesses are able to do that. The picture quality is amazing, but the sound not so much...but hey, that is what you get when you get this great of a deal.

Easy install Works great with Netflix, Hulu, etc. Picture is great and sound is much better than I had expected.

Went to Best Buy just looking and came home with a Smart TV....unfortunately our internet strength isn't strong enough were the TV sits to work, but the picture is exceptional and we couldn't be happier. Best Buy service has been great helping us try all kinds of fixes. Can't ask for anything more

Great price and great product. Period! We are loving this tv. We did add a center speaker and subwoofer so we had more of surround sound in the room. Note = using a 4k HDMI cable in the 4k high resolution port will likely give you a fuzzy picture as most content delivered to your tv is not full 4k yet. Use the standard port instead and your picture will be crispy! !

I love the picture on the 40. The set up was easily done using the remote. Everything went very smoothly.

Excellent picture quality, easy to install the foot mounts (and uninstall since we eventually purchased an elevated tv mount). Also surprised by the sound quality since we've been using it without a sound bar or sub-woofer right now. Not sure if its compatibility issues with the Insignia sound bar or our user error but it's not recognizing the Insignia sound bar signal. I'd still recommend it. Great tv features for the price!
